I made these Cinnamon-Spiced Hot Chocolate Cookies last night….sorta like drinking spicy hot chocolate, but crunchier and chewier. I’d recommend bumping up both the salt and cayenne in the recipe, to really get the chocolate-spicy-sweet-savory fiesta going on. I’ve got a bunch to make this weekend for my friend’s holiday party…don’t you just love the cookies this time of year? I sure do, but WOW are my pants getting tight! Please tell me yours are too, right? Not just me? Good.
