Baked these bad boys up today. Added some extra frozen blubes and they turned out great. Definetly pick some up next time you’re in TJ’s - so easy and a much better deal for the $ than buying the 4-pack of bran muffins they sell. Nothing REALLY breaks the bank there, but baking muffins is so much more satisfying anyway. And by satisfying, I mean, you can eat a couple standing up in the kitchen while they’re still warm, and still have plenty for the rest of the week.
