Currently cooking up some pork, apple, and sweet potato stew with my bounty from yesterday’s trip to Fishkill farms. I picked up a great variety of apples, some squash and even a mini pumpkin to get my apartment a little more in the fall spirit. After I master the stew (based on this recipe) it’s on to some apple crisp!
