Interesting little bitty on the history of Benihana given its appearance on a recent episode of Mad Men. I’m a huge fan of the show but I’ve been terrible watching it this season. In my move I decided to get rid of DVR, at least for the summer, so I’ll have to hope for some marathons this fall to catch me up. Last night Char and I headed here for dinner. Amazing views, nice waitstaff, decent food. My only complaint was the parking situation. I didn’t think it could get worse than Surf Lodge (although parking isn’t the only thing to hate there) but it can. This week I had to head to London for work. Although I spent the majority of my time sequestered inĀ meetings at my agency’s offices, I did manage to eat some quintessentially British items that I just have to share. It was fun to think back on my time abroad and visit some old favorites. And gain some new ones!
