This afternoon I had the pleasure of going to lunch with a producer from the new Food Network spin-off, The Cooking Channel; she produces the top show on the network, Unique Eats. The show “spotlights America’s most exciting and revolutionary restaurants. It’s the first look and the last word… So cool, Erin! I need to get on the Cooking Channel train and see what it’s all about.
